If you have high end reels, customizing is also very fun thing to do.
And this new custom handle knob can be your next customizing to do – PT 48 / PT 52 titanium handle knob from LIVRE for larger spinning reels.
Another Material for Handle Knob – Titanium
If you are kind of “reel freak” you may already know this material – titanium.
Known as strong but super light, metal material, which is used for high end reels such as SHIMANO STELLA / Vanquish, DAIWA EXIST / LUVIAS AIR, etc.
The biggest merit of titanium is as already described, light weight and strength, and those merits also work on handle knob as well.
For light reels, light weight can create extra sensitivity to catch more information under the water from your reel, and of course, less tiredness for casting / reeling.
Also the material is really strong, especially for tough fishing, such as jigging.
However there is one big demerit of titanium – it is weaker against corrosion than other metals, therefore it needs to have special coating and that makes the price expensive.
PT 52 / PT 44 from LIVRE – Super Cool Light Knob
Handle knobs from LIVRE are made from that titanium and these PT 52 / PT 44 are very unique handle knobs for larger / heavy duty spinning reels.
Those knobs’ shape is pentagon, which as the official announces, is fit into your fingers well to create extra grip, with very unique colors such as bluish flashy color (color changes when you look around) + gold / silver / blue / red cap colors, and one another color – brown gun metallic color base + titanium silver cap (gun metallic color knob can have different colored caps – gold / blue / red).
These titanium handle knobs have very thin – 0.8mm thickness titanium, hollow structure for knob parts, that makes the knob extra lightness and sensitivity.
These knobs are made for SHIMANO Handle Knob Type B – STELLA SW, TwinPower SW, Stradic SW, Ocea Jigger, Ocea Culcatta, Grappler etc / DAIWA Handle Knob Type L – SALTIGA, CERTATE SW, Catalina, Millionair, Seaborg, etc.
