Starts at 19th March, from Fukuoka
Probably you may already know, blooming starts earlier at southern prefectures, and later at north.
At the weather map it says the first place is Fukuoka, at 19th March and full blooming will be at 30th March.
Coming up from there, Osaka – starts at 25th March, full at 2nd April, Kyoto – starts at 23rd March and full at 1st April.
Tokyo – starts at 22nd March, full at 30th March.
