Freshwater Blackbass Fishing
Pikupiku
This is really interesting lure from Jackall – to imitate nearly dead baits.
The eye is set in middle of its back and is floating type lure with curving body.
So, when you shake your rod tips then it also shakes a little, so it more looks like dying baitfish.
Although this is made for blackbass fishing, we are actually expecting to use this for saltwater fishing, such as bream, trevally, mangrove jack, etc.
This as 2 sizes – 65mm / 3g / 1,650yen and 78mm / 4.9g / 1,700 yen.
Dowz Swimmer 180SF
This is the downsized mode of Jackall’s big swimbait Dowz Swimmer 220 SF.
Dowz Swimmer has 3 jointed body which creates very natural swimming style and flying posture is very stable.
This is slow-floating type but the sinker eye positioned just under the mouth can have extra sinker to shift this to sinking type.
Hook eyes are by swivels so it can keep fish hooked much better.
Jackall’s pro staff Takuma Hata was catching barramundi by this Dowz Swimmer when he came to Australia.
Length is 180mm and weight is about 2oz / 50g, so even middle class rod can cast this lure.
Lill Bill 70F
This is new lipped minnow from Jackall.
70mm slim body matches to a lot of baitfish and wide lip makes great swimming action from slow to fast even retrieving.
Magnet weight shifting system can create 2 different weight positions on casting and retrieving to have both cast distance and great swimming action.
Not only jerking but retrieving can work with this, “versatile” lipped minnow.
Length is 70mm and weight is 4.0g, floating type.
Bounty Fish 158
This is interesting soft plastic lure from Jackall.
Body size is 158mm, like large minnow but has joint at the tail so it creates natural dog walk action easily.
As the body is made by soft plastic it is more natural.
Bounty Fish 158 uses floating material so with no sinkers, it floats.
When you place nail sinker then it can shift to sinking type.
Drift Crab
Very interesting soft plastic lure from Jackall coming this year.
Material is soft plastic but imitates crabs. Both for freshwater and saltwater there can be scenes your target fish eats crabs but hard body lures don’t work, then this Drift Crab can work.
Falling position is parallel, like real crab is, swim like crab, and even fall speed is quite slow – like real crab is too.
Nazzy bug
This lure is especially made for catfish fishing.
It has big wing cap in front but mid-to-end body and cap are made by soft material, so it is more mild action with mild noise.
Head is hard plastic and whole through wire is inside, so even the body corrupts you won’t lose your fish.
Front hook is double hook and movement is restricted so that it can prevent line troubles. Hook is barbless.

Salt Water Fishing
Bambluz EXTRO SLJ
This is the offshore light jigging rod. SLJ = Super Light Jigging model.
Thin and light, so even light jigs can be controlled easily, but the blank has strong power to fight against large fish.

BIN BIN TENYA TAIMU Yudou
Tenya is old Japanese style snapper fishing using prawn as baits.
Basically Tenya has a sinker combined with leader / hooks so you can drop your Tenya to deeper water, but sometimes it won’t look natural as sinker could be too heavy.
This Bin Bin Tenya Taimu Yudou is like free tairaba rig, the sinker and the hook are separated, so you can have heavy sinker to drop your rigs faster, but the bait can be falling or suspending in the water naturally.
Weight are from 18g – 54g, price in between 700 – 800 yen.
Light Trout Fishing
Tricoroll Mai 45S/55S
This is new trout lure which appeals to fish by highly flashing and natural shimmy fall action.
Flat-side body and flashing color create natural shimmy fall action with highly flashing, which we think can work to saltwater too.
Square lip can catch water flow and creates high appeal action when swimming, with rolling swivel hook eyes, which can prevent from hook off.
