One of the biggest fishing show in Japan holds every year in January, Fishing Festival in Yokohama. JAFTMA – Japan Fishing Tackle Manufacturers Association now announced Fishing Festival 2021 in Yokohama is cancelled, due to coronavirus outbreak.
This is very sad news really, because of this fishing show we are informed a lot of big news towards it, that makes the end of each year / new year is the biggest exciting season.
This year Yokohama Fishing Festival 2020 was not really affected by coronavirus therefore plenty of people came to visit, including foreigners.
In the last February then Fishing Show OSAKA 2020 held, at the beginning of coronavirus outbreak but people still gathered and thankfully, it did not become a cluster.
But as JAFTMA announced, Government keeps restriction of big events less than 50% of its capacity, with other infection controls, and that forced them to decide event’s cancellation.
We are still unsure about Fishing Show OSAKA 2021, but wishing it’ll be held as no issues.
