Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation

We can only accept cancellation of your order within 2 business days after you placed your order when we are noticed by email. Anytime of cancellation after shipped or after the cancellation span is passed cannot be accepted. In case of this you will need to return in accordance with our following Return Policy.

If in case you wish to cancel your order PLEASE LET US KNOW YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER BY EMAIL with your order number.

We CANNOT accept cancellation if:

  1. you did not request your cancellation via email or via your account at our website.
  2. 2 business days are past since you have placed your order.
  3. your parcel/s is/are already dispatched.

If you don’t send your cancellation request via email or from your account we CANNOT accept your cancellation. In case of this your order will be proceeded by normal steps and payment will be proceeded via Paypal.
If you wish to cancel your order PLEASE SEND A REQUEST BY EMAIL or AT YOUR ACCOUNT PAGE.

If 2 business days are past since your order is placed, your payment will be proceeded . If you wish to cancel your order after 2 business days are past we will deduct the order handling fee from the total amount and refund the rest.

If your order is already dispatched when you request your cancellation, WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR REQUEST. You must take process to return your parcel and request refund to us.

Order Cancellation from us

We may cancel your order if we cannot collect your purchased items for any reasons, such as no stock.
In case of this your payment won’t be proceeded and will charge nothing.
We then notice you via email why we have to cancel your order.

Return your items

Returns by Changing Mind

In such case you have received your order and you change your mind for any reasons, you should contact us within 7 days after receiving your parcel, and send us your items as soon as you can.

Please be aware that any of items with opened box WILL NOT be acceptable if you wish to return items.

When we receive your items then inspect thoroughly, and we will refund your payment through PayPal, if only we admit the returned item/s is/are unused, and unopened. We cannot refund if items are found as the box is already opend, they have been used, or damaged when inspected on our side.

When refund is accepted, we will then take a process to refund the amount excluded order handling fee and delivery fee.

Order handling fee and Item delivery fee are NON-REFUNDABLE, and return delivery fee has to be paid at YOUR OWN COST.

Faulty and Damaged Items on Delivery

Should you receive a product from us that is faulty or damaged that is not caused through your own fault, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your parcels. You then need to keep your parcel as is and there is a chance we may need to ask you to bring your parcel to your local post office to let them inspect it through.

In case of this, you may use post office shipping for returning items to us then let us know tracking number and delivery cost you have paid. When we receive your parcel then will inspect through, and as soon as we admit item faulty or damaged, we will refund full amount of your purchase, including return delivery fee.

If you select to swap the same new item delivery, we then pack new items and ship out as soon as we can.

Wrong Item/s Delivery

It is very rare case but in the off chance we send wrong item/s against your order, please contact us within 7 days after you receive your items and we will rectify the situation for you promptly.

Please be aware that used items cannot be refundable in any case above. Damaged items are not refundable unless happened on delivery.

Order handling fee

Order handling fee is the cost when we process and handle your order to collect/pack/ship out your product/s.
Order handling fees are included in product prices.

If in case we need to deduct order handling fee from your paid amount we will deduct about 5% of your total purchased price.
